Our spacious workout area is bright and welcoming. We have a full variety of workout equipment to suit all of your exercise needs.
Multipurpose Studio
Our new Multipurpose studio is home to our group classes, TRX training, Pilates reformer and is an additional space that can be used by members while classes are not taking place. The studio has a full wall of windows so natural light is always available.
